Approach Anxiety For Beginners
Getting over the fear of people is the very beginning. There are all kinds of tips that will come in future posts but for now I want to focus on one quote thats always helped me. When you see someone you won't to approach and you start talking yourself out of it, stop and think to yourself, "What's the worst that could really happen"? and is that really that bad? Hell no, so just approach.
Motivational Quote
"Life’s too short to not approach women, to constantly sit around at home, or to let anxiety/fear overtake the things you really want in life…So get out there and just do it."
Being Neat and Clean Will Effect Your Social Life
Today were going to discuss a very important, yet often overlooked subject- being clean, neat, and organized. Being clean and neat should encompass every aspect of your life because when you start to progress with friendships and relationships these people will feed off of the energy your room, your car, your house, or you look. When you or your things are dirty and cluttered they give off an unwelcoming, unpleasant vibe.
We often discuss about how talking to everyone humanly possibly helps us socially. The whole reason of talking to everyone we possibly can and making fun, enjoyable conversations with these people is to show you’re a very welcoming, nonthreatening person. However, when people see your dirty little areas in life, not only do they feel unwelcomed or turned off (even if they say they don’t care!), but it inhibits you from achieving the mental state you need. Lets say you manage to get a girl (or guy) to come over after going on a couple dates with them. When they see a dirty room they will be far from impressed. If it’s clean they’ll be subconsciously attracted to you even more. This brings up a really great saying I heard one time, “They don’t care what kind of car you drive, they just care if it’s clean”. This is so true with women these days. Keeping your car clean says a lot about your personality, something they’re more attracted to than looks. Plus, if you can’t keep the car that you have now clean if you had a Corvette you probably wouldn’t keep it clean either.
Cleaning up your room, your car, or whatever makes everything seem so much easier. It helps clear your head. It helps enable positive mental thinking. When your house is spotless you will feel a sense of pride and happiness that will stay with you as long as it stays clean. So take some time out of your day instead of sitting down and watching TV to clean. Better yet, when your favorite TV show or sports game is on, instead of sitting down start picking up your house. All I have to say is clean up your house even a little and you’ll understand what I’m talking about.
Your house might be so dirty you don’t know where to start. Pick one small area at a time and start by throwing away things you don’t need, put things back in the right place that you do need, and cleaning the furniture or surfaces they were on. This topic of being neat and organize accounts for everything in your house from your fridge to your bathroom to the things you keep in your car. When you’re clean and organized not only is it an uplifting mental feeling but it’s a timesaver as well.
Live it up until next time,
